By purchasing the online course 'Histology Mastery', you obtain a non-transferable, individual license to access the course materials provided by Pathology4U, represented by Katharina von Loga (“the Provider”). The course is entirely self-paced and does not include any personal interaction, feedback, supervision, or individual support from the Provider.

Access to the course platform (hosted via GetSoftwareSavvy.com) and all included materials is guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. After this period, access may be discontinued at any time, and the Provider reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or remove content or the platform itself for technical, organizational, or business reasons. No entitlement to continued or renewed access exists beyond the guaranteed period.

All materials are provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial learning purposes and may not be downloaded, copied, shared, or distributed in any form. Sharing login credentials, links, or access to the platform or video content with third parties is strictly prohibited.

The course is sold for a one-time fee, with no recurring payments or subscription charges. Purchases made directly through the Provider’s website are subject to the statutory 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law.
